The Healing Heroes Program

How often do you get a chance to thank someone who has made a real difference in your life? Healing Heroes is your opportunity. Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare (JHSMH) created this program to give our patients and their loved ones a meaningful way to honor an amazing person - a member of our staff who did an extraordinary job, or somehow made a difficult time a bit easier to bear.

The Healing Heroes program grew out of our goal to create a sharper focus on the special, personal relationship between patient and caregiver. It reflects our mission to provide world-class healthcare services to all people, and improve the lives of those we serve and those who serve.

How to Honor Your Healing Hero

It's easy to do. Simply make a donation, in the name of your Healing Hero, to The Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's Foundation. Your gift can be in any amount, and your Hero can be any staff member - from orderly to surgeon, therapist to dietician - from any Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare facility.

Most important, please share your inspiring Healing Hero story with us.

When we receive your donation, the Foundation will notify your Healing Hero of the recognition, and honor them with a special pin. You will receive a special "Thank You" note along with a picture of your healing hero.

Healing Heroes Benefits

Healing Heroes provides many benefits to patients, staff and the communities we serve. Not only does the program recognize and encourage excellent service at our facilities, the donations to the Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's Foundation benefit patients by enhancing medical care, educating health caregivers, funding leading-edge research, and improving access to quality care.
